iPhone apps

So a while back I wrote about a few iPhone apps I wanted. So I thought I’d followup with the results.

  1. Evernote
    RESULT: It’s here!
  2. iChat
    RESULT: No. Just AIM.
  3. Bento
RESULT: No. There’s OmniFocus from the same folks, but no Bento yet.

Other’s I heard about and wanted.

  1. UrbanSpoon Has the random shake to find a restaurant feature.
  2. eReader eBook reader. I had some eBooks from this service when I used the palm regularly, but it’s kinda fallen by the wayside. Now I can download the books again!
  3. Jott
Finally got a chance to play with it. I mostly use Jott as an interface for other web programs (Sandy for calendar, RTM for to do’s, and EverNote for notes). This will still transcribe, but it doesn’t allow you to send it to anyone except yourself.
